Su sistema de circulaci\u00f3n de fluido diel\u00e9ctrico garantiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s la estabilidad del procesamiento, por lo que es adecuado para aplicaciones de fabricaci\u00f3n de alta precisi\u00f3n, como moldes y aeroespacial.<\/p><p>Principio de la erosi\u00f3n por electrochispas: Las chispas pulsadas de alta frecuencia generan altas temperaturas transitorias (6.000-12.000\u00b0C) entre el electrodo de alambre (alambre de molibdeno) y la pieza de trabajo, provocando la fusi\u00f3n localizada y la vaporizaci\u00f3n del material de la pieza de trabajo, que luego es arrastrado por un fluido diel\u00e9ctrico (como agua desionizada), logrando un corte sin contacto.<\/p><p>Alimentaci\u00f3n de hilo compuesto y control multipaso: El desbaste utiliza alimentaci\u00f3n de hilo de alta velocidad (8-12 m\/s) para mejorar la eficiencia.
