magn\u00e9sium ?<\/h2><p>L'usinage CNC des alliages de magn\u00e9sium utilise des outils programm\u00e9s pour produire des pi\u00e8ces l\u00e9g\u00e8res avec une tol\u00e9rance de \u00b10,005 mm. Il permet une production de masse efficace, des structures complexes et une bonne finition de surface pour les applications 3C, automobiles et a\u00e9rospatiales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06c5568 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"06c5568\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-706f683 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"706f683\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Type de magn\u00e9sium commun pour l'usinage CNC<\/h2><p><strong>AZ91D Alliage de magn\u00e9sium<\/strong><\/p><p>Caract\u00e9ristiques : Haute teneur en aluminium (environ 9%), r\u00e9sistance et duret\u00e9 exceptionnelles, co\u00fbt relativement faible, ce qui en fait l'un des alliages de magn\u00e9sium les plus utilis\u00e9s. Sa duret\u00e9 Knoop (HK) atteint 76,2 et sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de certains alliages d'aluminium.<\/p><p><strong>AZ31 Alliage de magn\u00e9sium<\/strong><\/p><p>Caract\u00e9ristiques : Faible teneur en aluminium (environ 3%), bonne plasticit\u00e9, mais r\u00e9sistance et duret\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de l'AZ91D (duret\u00e9 Knoop HK de 51,1).<\/p><p><strong>Alliage de magn\u00e9sium ZK60<\/strong><\/p><p>Caract\u00e9ristiques : Alliage de magn\u00e9sium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance, adapt\u00e9 aux structures porteuses, bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, mais relativement fragile, ce qui le rend difficile \u00e0 traiter.<\/p><p><strong>Alliages Mg-Mn<\/strong>: Excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, convient pour les pi\u00e8ces dans les \u00e9quipements chimiques et les environnements humides.<\/p><p><strong>Alliages Mg-RE<\/strong>: Contient des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de terres rares, performances stables \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, utilis\u00e9 dans les composants de moteurs \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/p><p><strong>Alliages Mg-Li<\/strong>: Densit\u00e9 extr\u00eamement faible, le mat\u00e9riau structurel m\u00e9tallique le plus l\u00e9ger connu, adapt\u00e9 aux applications o\u00f9 le poids est extr\u00eamement
