Son syst\u00e8me de circulation de fluide di\u00e9lectrique garantit en outre la stabilit\u00e9 du traitement, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux applications de fabrication de haute pr\u00e9cision telles que les moules et l'a\u00e9rospatiale.<\/p><p>Le principe de l'\u00e9rosion par \u00e9tincelle : Des \u00e9tincelles puls\u00e9es \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des temp\u00e9ratures transitoires \u00e9lev\u00e9es (6 000-12 000\u00b0C) entre le fil-\u00e9lectrode (fil de molybd\u00e8ne) et la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 usiner, provoquant une fusion et une vaporisation localis\u00e9es du mat\u00e9riau de la pi\u00e8ce, qui est ensuite \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par un fluide di\u00e9lectrique (tel que de l'eau d\u00e9ionis\u00e9e), ce qui permet d'obtenir une coupe sans contact.<\/p><p>Avance du fil compos\u00e9 et contr\u00f4le multi-passages : L'\u00e9bauche utilise une alimentation en fil \u00e0 grande vitesse (8-12 m\/s) pour am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9.
