produrre pezzi leggeri con tolleranza di \u00b10,005 mm. Consente una produzione di massa efficiente, strutture complesse e una buona finitura superficiale per usi 3C, automobilistici e aerospaziali.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-06c5568 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"06c5568\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-706f683 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"706f683\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Tipo di magnesio comune per la lavorazione cnc<\/h2><p><strong>Lega di magnesio AZ91D<\/strong><\/p><p>Caratteristiche: Elevato contenuto di alluminio (circa 9%), eccezionale resistenza e durezza, costo relativamente basso, che la rendono una delle leghe di magnesio pi\u00f9 utilizzate. La sua durezza Knoop (HK) raggiunge i 76,2 e la sua resistenza alla corrosione \u00e8 superiore a quella di alcune leghe di alluminio.<\/p><p><strong>Lega di magnesio AZ31<\/strong><\/p><p>Caratteristiche: Basso contenuto di alluminio (circa 3%), buona plasticit\u00e0, ma resistenza e durezza leggermente inferiori rispetto all'AZ91D (la durezza Knoop HK \u00e8 51,1).<\/p><p><strong>Lega di magnesio ZK60<\/strong><\/p><p>Caratteristiche: Lega di magnesio ad alta resistenza, adatta a strutture portanti, buona resistenza all'usura, ma relativamente fragile, il che la rende difficile da lavorare.<\/p><p><strong>Leghe Mg-Mn<\/strong>: Eccellente resistenza alla corrosione, adatta per i componenti di apparecchiature chimiche e ambienti umidi.<\/p><p><strong>Leghe Mg-RE<\/strong>: Contengono elementi di terre rare, prestazioni stabili ad alta temperatura, utilizzati nei componenti dei motori ad alta temperatura.<\/p><p><strong>Leghe Mg-Li<\/strong>: Densit\u00e0 estremamente bassa, il pi\u00f9 leggero materiale strutturale metallico conosciuto, adatto per applicazioni in cui il peso \u00e8 estremamente sensibile (come i
