Selección de procesos

Choose the Right 3D Printing Process

The process is selected from geometry, material, accuracy, surface quality, quantity and budget.

01

FDM / FFF

Economical thermoplastic printing for concept models, fixtures and functional prototypes.

02

SLA

Photopolymer printing for fine details, smooth surfaces and presentation-quality models.

03

SLS

Support-free nylon printing for complex, durable parts and low-volume assemblies.

04

Fusión en lecho de polvo metálico

Metal printing for complex structures, lightweight geometry and consolidated components after engineering review.

Printing Capability

Key 3D Printing Parameters

These values are practical quoting references rather than universal limits.

Referencia de construcción máxima750 × 550 × 550 mm
Typical Dimensional Tolerance±0.10–0.30 mm
Características de precisión seleccionadasHasta ±0,05 mm
Referencia de espesor mínimo de la paredSLA 0.3 mm / FDM 0.8 mm
Minimum Hole ReferenceAbout 1.5 mm before post-machining
Typical Layer Height0.05–0.30 mm

Final capability depends on process, material, orientation, geometry, support strategy and post-processing. Critical features are confirmed from the drawing before production.

Printing Materials

Select the Right 3D Printing Material

Compare printing process, material characteristics, typical parts and production controls before selecting a grade.

PLA material and sample parts for 3D printing

Thermoplastic Material

PLA

Rigid, economical and easy to print, with limited resistance to sustained heat.

Printing ProcessFDM / FFF
Características ClaveClean appearance, low warpage and broad color availability.
Piezas típicasVisual prototypes, education models, display parts and low-load fixtures.
Control de procesosKeep away from elevated service temperatures and high structural loads.

Final performance depends on the exact grade, print orientation and post-processing. Food-contact, medical, flame-retardant and other regulated applications require certified materials and documented processing.

Diseño para la fabricación aditiva

Design Parts for Reliable Printing

Good DfAM reduces support, distortion, finishing time and avoidable dimensional variation.

01

Espesor de la pared

Use process-appropriate walls and avoid broad unsupported thin surfaces.

02

Build Orientation

Balance strength, accuracy, support marks, surface direction and build time.

03

Overhangs and Supports

Reduce severe overhangs or provide removable support where the process requires it.

04

Holes, Threads and Fits

Add machining allowance to critical bores, threads, datums and sealing faces.

05

Load Direction

Align major loads with the strongest print direction and account for anisotropy.

06

Material Conditioning

Control moisture and storage conditions for hygroscopic polymers such as nylon.

Finalizar y verificar

Posprocesamiento y control de calidad

Finishing is selected by material, function, appearance and dimensional requirements.

Eliminación del soporte

Preguntas frecuentes sobre la impresión 3D

Plan Your 3D Printing Project

Which file formats should I send for a 3D printing quote?

STEP is preferred for engineering review. STL and 3MF are accepted when units, scale and mesh quality are clearly controlled.

How can visible layer lines be reduced?

Use a suitable process, finer layer height and optimized orientation, followed by sanding, polishing, blasting, coating or resin post-curing where appropriate.

What causes warping, and how is it controlled?

Uneven cooling, moisture, poor bed adhesion and unbalanced geometry can cause warping. Material drying, chamber control, orientation and support strategy reduce the risk.

How strong are 3D-printed parts?

Strength depends on material, process, orientation, infill and layer bonding. Printed polymers are often anisotropic, so the load direction must be reviewed.

¿En qué casos debería sustituirse la impresión 3D por el mecanizado CNC?

Choose CNC machining when production material properties, tighter tolerances, smooth surfaces or repeat-volume economics are more important than tool-free geometry.
