¿Qué tolerancias CNC puede alcanzar y cómo se gestionan las tolerancias?
Las piezas estándar siguen tolerancias típicas por defecto de 0,01-0,05 mm. Para componentes de ajuste de alta precisión, las tolerancias pueden alcanzar ±0,003 mm (en función del diseño y el material de la pieza). Recomendamos especificar GD&T, dimensiones críticas, puntos de referencia y acabado superficial en el dibujo para obtener resultados coherentes.
¿Cuáles son sus plazos de entrega habituales para prototipos y producción? ¿Ofrecen envíos urgentes?
El plazo de entrega depende del proceso, la cantidad, la disponibilidad de material y las operaciones secundarias, como el tratamiento térmico o el acabado. Los prototipos pueden evaluarse para fabricaciones urgentes; las tiradas de bajo volumen y producción se confirman con la programación. Las opciones aceleradas incluyen programación prioritaria, envíos fraccionados y entregas escalonadas.

Trabajamos con aleaciones de aluminio, aceros inoxidables, aceros al carbono/aleados, cobre/latón y plásticos técnicos. También podemos recomendar la sustitución de materiales en función del rendimiento o el coste, así como realizar acabados como el anodizado, el chapado, el recubrimiento en polvo y el chorro de arena.

Proporcione archivos 3D (STEP/IGES, preferiblemente STEP) y planos 2D (PDF/DWG) con tolerancias, requisitos de acabado, cantidad y revisión.
