Industria aerospaziale
Precision machining for aircraft, UAV, avionics and propulsion components. Send your drawing for material, manufacturability, tolerance and inspection review with a transparent custom quote.
*Le prestazioni dipendono dal materiale, dalla geometria, dalle dimensioni delle caratteristiche, dal sistema di serraggio del pezzo e dal metodo di ispezione.
Aerospace Manufacturing Requirements
Control the Features That Affect Part Function
Aerospace Industry projects require clear drawing control, suitable material, stable machining and inspection matched to each critical feature.
Controllo dimensionale
Datum strategy, feature relationships and inspection methods are defined from the drawing.
Material Integrity
The specified grade, condition and documentation requirements are reviewed before production.
Geometria complessa
Multi-axis machining supports thin ribs, deep pockets, compound angles and limited-access features.
Pianificazione delle ispezioni
Critical dimensions, surface requirements and requested records are agreed before machining.

Integrated Manufacturing Routes
Choose the Process Around the Drawing
The production route combines only the operations needed for geometry, material, finish and inspection.
3-, 4- and 5-Axis Milling
Complex faces, pockets and angled features with fewer setups.
CNC Turning & Turn-Mill
Shafts, fittings, bushings and rotational parts with milled details.
Rettifica di precisione
Controlled size, geometry and finish on selected critical surfaces.
Elettroerosione a filo
Fine slots and conductive-material profiles without conventional cutting force.
Lamiera
Lightweight brackets, panels, covers and formed assemblies.
Finitura delle superfici
Protection, wear control, appearance and specified surface condition.
Selezione del materiale
Materials for Aerospace Components
Final selection must match load, temperature, corrosion exposure, weight, fatigue, traceability and finishing requirements.
| Famiglia di materiali | Gradi comuni | Applicazioni tipiche |
|---|---|---|
| Alluminio | 2024, 6061, 7075 | Lightweight structures, brackets, heat sinks and avionics housings. |
| Titanio | Grade 2, Grade 5 | High strength-to-weight and corrosion-resistant components. |
| Acciaio inox | 304, 316, 17-4 PH | Raccordi, alloggiamenti, alberi e parti esposte alla corrosione |
| Alloy & Tool Steel | 4140, 4340 and drawing-specified grades | High-load supports, tooling and mechanical interfaces. |

Aerospace Industry FAQ
Plan Aerospace Industry Project
What files are needed for an aerospace machining quote?
Send a STEP model and a controlled 2D drawing showing material, datums, tolerances, finish, quantity, revision and inspection requirements.
How tight can aerospace CNC machining tolerances be?
Selected features can reach ±0.005 mm after review. The achievable value depends on material, geometry, feature size, workholding and inspection.
Can titanium and Inconel aerospace parts be machined?
Yes. Grade, stock form, geometry, heat control, tooling and inspection must be reviewed before the production route is confirmed.
Can first-article and inspection records be supplied?
Customer-defined first-article, dimensional, material and finish records can be planned when the required format is specified before quotation.
How are repeat aerospace orders controlled?
Approved programs, fixtures, inspection points, drawing revision and production records are retained and checked against the current purchase requirements.
How does Weldo Machining protect customer data and intellectual property?
Project files are restricted to authorized personnel and used only for quotation, engineering review and approved production. Weldo can sign an NDA and will not disclose drawings or commercial information to third parties without written authorization.
What happens if delivery is delayed or a part is out of tolerance?
Weldo notifies the customer, isolates affected parts and reviews the cause. No nonconforming part is shipped without written approval; when Weldo is responsible, an agreed recovery plan may include rework or replacement, reinspection, an updated delivery date and corrective-action records.
