Types de produits
Custom seals and gaskets type
Non-standard sealing parts manufactured for valves, pumps, fluid systems, vacuum equipment and industrial assemblies.

Sealing Rings
Round, stepped and grooved rings made to defined diameters and mating dimensions.

Custom Gaskets
Flat, flange and irregular gaskets with custom profiles, holes and thicknesses.

Valve Seats and Inserts
Machined seats and sealing inserts for valves, pumps and fluid-control assemblies.

Backup Rings
Support rings that help maintain seal position and reduce extrusion into clearance gaps.

Wear and Guide Rings
Support components that guide piston or rod assemblies and help limit metal-to-metal contact.

Insulating Seals
Custom parts combining sealing with electrical isolation or spacing functions.
Sélection des matériaux
Materials Matched to Operating Conditions
Material selection should consider the contact media, temperature, pressure, motion, wear and mating components. Final suitability must be confirmed against the actual application.
PTFE et PTFE chargé
Often selected for chemical resistance and low friction. Creep and thermal expansion must be considered.
- PTFE vierge
- PTFE modifié
- Renforcé de verre
- Carbon-Filled
- Bronze-Filled
Plastiques techniques
Options for strength, wear resistance, dimensional stability, insulation and chemical compatibility.
- PEEK
- POM
- PVDF
- PCTFE
- UHMW-PE
- PA / Nylon
Métaux
Used for metal gaskets, support rings, spacers and structural sealing components.
- Acier inoxydable
- Aluminium
- Cuivre
- Laiton
- Bronze

Details That Affect Fit and Sealing
Reliable sealing starts with clearly defined mating dimensions, operating conditions and acceptance criteria.
Weldo reviews manufacturability against the drawing. Final sealing performance and application validation remain the customer’s responsibility.
Identify the media, temperature, pressure and whether the seal is static, reciprocating or rotary.
Define shaft, bore, groove, compression target and extrusion gap.
Specify diameters, thickness, datums, roundness, flatness, finish, chamfers and radii.
Account for creep, recovery, moisture and thermal change, with conditioning requirements stated where needed.
Usinage et contrôle qualité
Control the Features That Matter
Weldo uses CNC turning, CNC milling, multi-axis machining and supporting processes to produce drawing-defined sealing components.
Our ISO 9001 quality system supports drawing review, material-document checks, first-article inspection, in-process checks and final inspection.
Drawing and Quality Review
- Critical dimensions and datum structure
- Material grade and supporting documents
- First-article and in-process inspection
- Final reports agreed during quotation
Achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry, wall thickness, workholding and inspection method.

Questions relatives au projet
Foire aux questions
Key information for sourcing drawing-based sealing components.
Can you manufacture a seal from a sample?
A sample can support the initial review, but production requires an approved drawing with defined dimensions, material and acceptance criteria.
Which material is best for a machined seal?
The correct material depends on the media, temperature, pressure, motion, wear and mating structure.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Tolerances are confirmed after reviewing the material, size, wall thickness, geometry and inspection method.
Do you manufacture rubber O-rings?
This page covers CNC-machined plastic and metal sealing components. Molded rubber O-rings are outside this stated machining scope unless separately confirmed.
